Finally got to the store.... Treys Vintage
Off top when I think of Vintage Stores I think of Top Shelf Premium in New York because of all the work they do with Joey Badass..... the thing is it's in New York.
Here is Houston's offering to this side of fashion culture, run by a wavy duded named Trey Nwanko this spot is an under appreciated gem. Boom you walk up the stairs, duck two quick rights following the hand picked music and you enter a room to see racks of clothes left and right. Won't be long after that until you meet Trey himself probably genuinely excited to meet someone that shares a eye for "cool" clothing. You're probably going to be stuck not knowing wether you want to challenge Trey to a game of vintage 2k, peep the rack of vintage jackets, peep the rack of jerseys. peep the rack of vintage t-shirts.... it's not going anywhere. Just enjoy the fact that you aren't glued to an electronic device waiting for the "drop" to punch in your credit card info as fast as you can.
